GTA to design Camden National Bank in Damariscotta
As reported by Mainebiz, Gawron Turgeon Architects, P.C. has been selected to design Camden National Bank’s new building in Damariscotta. Located at 435 Main Street, the 2,700 square foot bank will be a “high-tech, high-touch banking center,” according to Camden National. It will include a drive-up window, ATM and convenient customer parking, as well as innovative spaces that will enable tellers to help customers with online and mobile banking.
Camden National will be relocating from its current space in the Coastal Marketplace. It is the first business to occupy the three-building development at 435 Main Street. The complex also includes a 22,000 square foot building for two retail spaces and a 5,525 square foot building with three commercial spaces.
The bank plans to host a grand opening in the spring of 2020.
