Falmouth retirement community opens new assisted living addition
A 7,000 square foot expansion is now complete at OceanView at Falmouth, an 80-acre retirement community outside of Portland. Constructed by GTA, the expansion includes 10 new apartments that are part of Falmouth House, OceanView’s assisted living facility. The units range in size from 530-740 square feet. Other recently completed renovations include an expanded and remodeled dining room, living room, activity room and kitchen.
Falmouth House features large, spacious apartments, common spaces, sitting areas and gardens. Residents are actively involved in their own personalized care plan that is delivered by certified staff. In addition, Falmouth House has a Life Enrichment program, providing residents with a wide range of activities and social outlets.
